Welcome
to my new updated Roz Brown web site. As many of you know I make my
living singing folk songs and entertaining. I actually started back
in 1975 on
a part time basis and then in 1990 I began making my entire living
in the music business. I use the autoharp to accompany myself and
I'll be glad to try and answer any questions you might have regarding
this wonderful instrument.
Colorado is my home where I perform weekly at the Buckhorn
Exchange Restaurant in Denver. During the weekdays you will
find me entertaining seniors in nursing homes, retirement homes, and
senior centers. If that isn't enough I still find time to entertain
for various other groups around Colorado such as civic groups and
clubs.
Please feel free to email or call me to check on my availability for
your affair.

What
is an AutoHarp?
The
autoharp is a musical string instrument having a series of
chord bars attached to dampers, which, when depressed, mute
all the strings other than those that form the desired chord.
Despite its name, the autoharp is not a harp at all, but a
chorded zither.
